Uber and Lyft are Companies that abuse their drivers because they have all the control in their hands. Lyft even worse than Uber. Lyft have shows NO respect for their Drivers at all. As far as I know they started by hiring ilegal people that they know they couldn’t work legally, criminals etc. They use retaliatory actions against Drivers that question any wrong doing by them.
Never answer your questions or concerns, they simply ignore you. Stop sending trips or deactivate you. I have a fellow driver that ended up homeless because their retaliation tactics. It is abuse of power at its best.
